Wow! What a fantastic experience we’ve had with Marlyn. She supported us with purchasing our first home in La Mesa in the midst of the pandemic in 2020. In 2022 she helped us with selling our first home and buying our dream home in Encinitas. She got us into escrow 5 days after listing our home in La Mesa and negotiated an excellent deal for our new home in Encinitas. In less than 30 days, we closed escrow in both houses (seller/buyer).
