We brought our goal/plan for our property to Myrna back in March with a deadline to sell by the end of July...and she made it happen! Not only did she make it happen, but through her tireless leg work, she was able to get a full remodel/upgrade of our property completed including essential repairs; allowing us to close at 21k OVER asking before the deadline! She has a ton of reliable resources at her disposal that she utilizes to the fullest.
