He was very professional and came fully prepared with market information and current trends, and was familiar with prior successful sales of similar homes within my gated community, and was helpful in achieving my objectives. While my home was in great condition, he took the necessary steps and actions in the staging of the home by making minor cosmetic changes and recommendations and had a very successful first Open House. Fortunately, the house was on the market for a very short period of time before we accepted a very fair offer which was above listed price. He understood my level of stress/anxiety and made the entire process and transition incredibly smooth. He also went above and beyond his normal responsibilities and assisted me with the necessary changes that needed to be completed upon review of the inspection report. Mark was not only successful in achieving the goal on the sale of our house, but did his diligence in assisting us in the purchase of a new home in the Orange County area. Heather handled as much as possible through the internet which was very user friendly for me. We managed to close in time despite a wedding she had to deal with in the same time frame. Heather also handled my son's home purchase in SD which is why we chose her to help with our Oceanside purchase.
