She held a successful open house first weekend in March 2020, within 24 hours we had offer, bam escrow and we just closed escrow last week. We sold at listing price. Wahoo. My past experience with Realtors has not been so positive. What makes Krista super easy to work with is she keeps constant communication, explains the process, responsive to calls, texts and emails, most importantly she is honest and completely trustworthy. She is a woman of her word. Any obstacle that arises, she works right through with success. In the early stages of listing the home (End of Feb 2020) my father unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. Krista was immediately sensitive to my situation and took care of everything. I had a difficult property manager managing the home and Krista worked through those issues and kept a positive and open communication with the tenants. I appreciate her taking charge of everything and working through the challenges that came along the way. She's excellent at problem solving, so I didn't have to worry one bit. She handles EVERYTHING. I'm so grateful for Krista and her wonderful team for patiently working with me and selling our home. I'm all about customer service and let me tell you, this is a TOP CLASS agent. I had lots of questions along the way and she never made me feel like I was bothering her or they were dumb questions.
