We had to pull our listing off the market due to poor performance, and we were debating whether to relist the property or turn it into a rental. Since we had already moved out of state, we went back and forth on what to do. During this time, Frani reached out to us a couple of times, which led to a FaceTime conversation. Based on that initial discussion, we decided to put the property back on the market and interviewed two additional agents as well. After completing the interview process, we chose to hire Frani as our agent. This decision was made at the beginning of the government shutdown, but we were confident that with Frani’s experience and strategy, our property would sell. She recommended a few adjustments, and every one of them proved to be worth it. The difference between our previous agent and Frani was noticeable. One of our neighbors even reached out to comment on how impressive the open house was. We received multiple offers and even had a backup offer that was higher than our list price. Since we never met Frani in person, we were initially a bit nervous, but throughout the entire escrow process, she consistently reassured us and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. While preparing for the open house, she went above and beyond by watering our plants and trees and taking care of the green waste and trash bins—without us even asking. Frani’s dedication, professionalism, and care truly set her apart, and we are so grateful we chose her to represent us.

Jim and Donna were lifesavers for our unexpected relocation - we never would have been able to get everything done in the limited time we had without them! With Jim's insight on the real estate market and dealing with buyer expectations and with Donna and her team coordinating all the efforts to get our house of 15 years show-ready in less than 3 weeks and moving escrow along so we could smoothly transition into purchasing our new home across the country. Connie was very persistent, attentive and dynamic in selling my house. I got close to the price I wanted in 2.5 weeks in a market where interest rates really hampered sales. Connie provided excellent services to close the deal within less than a month from market placement under remotely located client. She gauged the market condition correctly and worked closely with buyer's agent to meet the agreeable point to sail through the process. She even worked hard to have most economical vendors to address the repair issues and contact the neighbor to come to mutually acceptable step even though they were pretty tough to persuade. She was very personal to find the time to meet, go out to support out needs during our vacation period and her team provided excellent service to move all paper works smoothly through on-line. It was our luck to find her as our agent.
