As the real estate market began to soar in 2021 Sue knew we were interested in selling our home in Aviara at some point. We met with Sue and Gina to review our options and decided to place our home on the market in August. We agreed on the selling price and they put together an outstanding online marketing plan with professional photos and virtual tour. We sold our home within 14 days at our asking price! Coincidently the buyer wasn't working with an agent so Sue's daughter Gina represented the buyer while we remained with Sue. Despite the concern of a conflict of interest Sue and Gina handled the entire transaction and process professionally meeting the needs of both the seller and buyer. We have worked with Sue and her team in the past both selling and buying homes and have been totally satisfied each time.

Jim and Donna were lifesavers for our unexpected relocation - we never would have been able to get everything done in the limited time we had without them! With Jim's insight on the real estate market and dealing with buyer expectations and with Donna and her team coordinating all the efforts to get our house of 15 years show-ready in less than 3 weeks and moving escrow along so we could smoothly transition into purchasing our new home across the country. The absolute craziest 6 weeks, I don't know how we did it all! Thank you!

Tania is a phenomenal realtor who goes above and beyond the call of duty. She worked extremely hard on helping us buy a $4,000,000 home under very difficult and demanding circumstances. She pushed hard right up to the end to make sure it closed. She helped us find homeowners insurance when basically no insurance companies would write insurance on this address. She even helped us move after the deal closed. We would not even consider going with any other realtor after our great experience with her. She is an absolute gem, and I cannot believe my good fortune in finding her.
