Linda did an outstanding job selling our home. We had an unusually quick escrow process as we had a contingent offer on the home we were purchasing, and with a short 30 day escrow period. Our goal was to sell out home fast and coordinate escrow timing with both properties. Linda was able to help us accomplish this goal, with 4 offers on our home in the first week. She went over and above helping us when we had workers that needed access to our home, she met the cleaning crew at our home on the last day as it was such a hectic time for us moving out of our home of over 17 years. I would highly recommend Linda and the great team at Cal Res.

We are first time buyers and Carrie was very helpful in walking us through everything. She is incredibly knowledgeable and she has great relationships with many other agents and mortgage brokers in San Diego, which helped give us an edge in our housing buying process. Carrie understood our wish list for our house and helped us find our ideal home. She took the stress out of the whole process and she is also very fun to work with, which is a huge plus!

Melvina offered her personalized approach and used her strong negotiation skills to assist us in our property purchase. She is a pleasure to work with.
