Jim and Donna were lifesavers for our unexpected relocation - we never would have been able to get everything done in the limited time we had without them! With Jim's insight on the real estate market and dealing with buyer expectations and with Donna and her team coordinating all the efforts to get our house of 15 years show-ready in less than 3 weeks and moving escrow along so we could smoothly transition into purchasing our new home across the country. The absolute craziest 6 weeks, I don't know how we did it all! Thank you!

You should choose Rachel Lamar for your next real estate purchase or sale. We first used Rachel 12 years ago, and since then she has represented us on three different transactions. Every single time she earned a five star rating with us. Our most recent transaction wasn’t simple, and Rachel achieved success by taking responsibility for every detail, including all listing details, photos, staging, negotiations, paperwork, inspection, repair, escrow coordination, and communication. She has connections with a portfolio of contractors who will put your property in the best selling condition possible. In our most recent case, she even set aside time to personally take delivery of a new stove that was scheduled for an inconvenient time. On the final days of escrow, she was personally cleaning countertops and floors. That is the level of service she delivers to make sure you are completely happy. Rachel’s commitment to you from start to finish is second to none. She is simply amazing!
