Through the escrow process, Jim was there every step of the way providing me documents and explaining the important details, corresponding with my loan department, the sellers escrow company, and house and pest inspections. Any issues, Jim has people available to support with follow on expertise whether it was plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc. At closing, Jim kept the process on schedule even over the Labor Day weekend with closing inspection occurring the Tuesday following.
