After meeting with several realtors through referrals from friends and co-workers, needless to say, we were losing hope that we would ever find someone who was willing to listen and help us find our ideal home. Then we met Mark. We honestly thought that he was going to be another "referral" but we were wrong. When we first sat down with him, we knew that he was going to be the positive person who will actually listen to us and be proactive in our home search. We cannot thank him enough for the hard work he put in to get us into our very first home.

He made our experience in selling our house as easy as possible, and explained the contract in easier terms to understand. His understanding of real estate was very good and would respond to our texts quickly If I was ever to sell another home I wouldn't give it a second thought to calling DJ once again.
