Me and my wife wanted to buy a house in the same neighborhood we were renting. During a walk we came across a new listed home. We called Erick and ask him the possibility of us getting that home, and the steps needed to make it happen. He run our numbers and requested a tour of the house. Then he told us of things we needed to do, placed an offer, then counter then counter again. A week later he called us and congratulated us on getting our offer accepted.
