I liked that I was presented with a price range to price my house so that I could pick a price I was comfortable with. Steve updates me regularly on all the stages moving thru the home sale. I had already moved out of state and Steve checked on the house regularly. I was nervous about the selling process but Steve and Lori alleviated all my worries and it really was as stress-free as this type of process could be.
