There are so many decisions that need to be made in order to successfully purchase a home as a first-time buyer and one of the best ones we made was selecting Joanne as our agent. Joanne was wonderful from the very beginning! She was communicative, thoughtful, and incredibly detailed while also being honest with us. She even recommended different loan options to us when she found out which credit union we were using. SO knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up purchasing the first home we toured which was EXACTLY what we wanted. This was perfect as I was 8 months pregnant and wanted to get into our home as quickly as possible to be settled before the baby arrived. As first-time home buyers we were very nervous and overwhelmed but she supported us the entire time and fielded so many calls from us. Then, when there was an issue with insurance paperwork being filed, she called the company so many times to advocate for us and make sure it was completed before any deadlines passed that when I called to follow up the insurance representative knew her by name! She went to bat for us over and over. My husband and I could not be more grateful to her and for her. We were able to bring our son to our home largely due to her guidance and support.
