I contacted Kathy Clark to be our agent based on positive referrals from some of my friends. I needed special help and guidance in selling my 98 year old father's home (one and one half hour's drive from my home). Kathy established a clear plan: to prepare the property for a smooth sale, market the property, and manage the sale. She sold the house in less than a month with an excellent price and no headaches. Kathy is highly professional, honest, straightforward, responsive, approachable, personable and patient. My father and I needed a special real estate agent to support us through this sale with the minimum of stress and Kathy was the perfect agent for us! We give her the highest recommendation possible to anyone selling or buying a home.
