Few years ago, I purchased this home as a investment property. Ken for the past few years have helped me taking care of this investment property. I had 2 tenants and all of them is very satisfy with Ken's service. I am also thankful to Ken's excellent job of helping me manage the property. Now because of the current market condition, I need to relocate therefore I have to sell this home. After the tenant move out, Ken helped with cleaning the property, fixing issues, upgrading, staging, and open house.
