He sent us numerous listings that fit our wishlist, then when we wanted to see properties, he scheduled times to visit them within one or two days. He gave us helpful advice throughout the process. When we decided on a house, he negotiated with the sellers and helped us get an offer accepted. We were able to do nearly all the paperwork by eSigning, so we only had to go in to the real estate/mortgage office once through the whole process. Escrow closed quickly and without any problems.
