I couldn't be happier with Sugand Faraji of Endstone Investments Inc. Sugand was extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, professional, responsive, and very pro-active on communicating with me, from the pre sale of my home to the closing. As an outstanding and responsive communicator Sugand alway went above and beyond her responsibilities to make the stressful process of selling a home very relaxing. Sugand was always on top of issues that arose and her resourcefulness, exceptional patience, and communication skills makes her an outstanding problem solver. Because of her proactive work ethic Sugand was able to sell my home and close in record time with flawless execution. Extremely intelligent Sugand is also very friendly, personable, customer focused with an easy to get along with demeanor. Sugand makes you feel like you not only have a professional realtor but also a good friend. As an investor I plan to continue to work with Sugand and highly recommend her to anyone planning on buying or selling a home. Vr John-
