With the exception of some minor miscommunications, Angela was great! She went above and beyond to personally help me sell my parents house and find our next home. It was a long road, full of bumps. On my end , I left my job to care for mom after dad’s death, leaving me jobless when she died. Financially I couldn’t repair anything in the home and couldn’t move until I had a job. There was also a reverse mortgage to contend with. I was also grieving the loss of my mother. Leaving her unable to put it on the market until late summer. On the Buyer end, our first buyer pulled out literally at the last minute after asking for an extension, leaving us to start over in October instead of closing escrow. The new buyers were interesting to say the least. However, they followed through and we closed escrow on time! It was the aftermath where the issues with them really showed up. Still she communicated at every step, answered every question, and worked through every road bump. We didn’t always see eye to eye but, she remained professional and calm! We also struggled to find a home in my budget but, by the grace of God, we did! Thank goodness we both had a sense of humor! She will be my first call if ever I have to sell and move again.
