He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and efficient. He wanted to know all about us and our lifestyle first to make sure we got the perfect house He wanted a list of our must haves and don’t wants. I thought that was pretty cool as it helps narrow down the choices when shopping for a house as that can be a bit overwhelming. He was always quick to respond all my phone calls, text msgs and emails. Super prompt and was their when we needed him to be.
