Along with being a real estate agent, Walid is also a lender. I already had a lender I was working with so I did not use Walid as my lender but he was always available to answer all my loan related questions which was a big plus. He made the process really easy and painless for me. Walid is also a contractor and can take care of all home repair needs quickly and efficiently. I needed to change the floors in my home. Walid brought over the samples and gave me an estimate. I took forever to pick out my floors. Looked at dozens of samples. Once I made a decision though, Walid moved fast and I had my new floors installed within the week. My floors look beautiful and I’m very happy with the whole process. Walid continues to keep in touch and gives me advice and recommendations. I continue to pick his brain as I work on different projects around the house. He truly works hard for his clients and builds a lasting relationship. I happily recommend him to all my family and friends.
