He also worked with his partner Jon who was very helpful at explaining all the realty documentation and specific wording. Initially we interfaced quite a bit in person, with plenty of support from both of them while preparing the house for the sale. Once the house was in the market most communications were via phone or text, and in a few days several buyers were lined up and their assistance was fundamental in selecting the best buyer for my house. John & Jon made the negotiations quite easy and in a short time the house was on Escrow that got resolved in a month.
