No matter how small and random, he always answered our questions in the blink of an eye. One important thing to note is that due to Dylan's expertise in the market and in the negotiation process, we avoided my initial attempt to overbid the property (my previous agent was not like this, she recommended us to overbid by a lot to win). Dylan really cared about the price that made us happy and strategically advised us not to overbid at the beginning while still kept us on the top of mind of the seller's agent.
