Mr. Swigart is an excellent agent and we can't imagine having anyone else represent our property. We have an unusual property, a 20 acre horse ranch and there were no comps available. Mr. Swigart had all rhe connections and tools to close our escrow. I dont believe anyone else would gave devoted the time and effort required to close the deal. Excellent communication.
