In the Spring when the market was super hot and everyone was telling me that it was practically impossible to get an offer accepted. Sam found our dream home in a matter of 3 weeks. Sam had to talk our way into an appointment on the property because they had all been taken. After that he guided us wisely on how to write the offer. He even advised us to write a short letter to the seller with a family picture to go along with the offer. It turns out the letter meant a great deal to the seller and our offer was accepted over 16 other offers. The best I can put my experience with Sam is to simply say Thank You Sam You are the Best!
