The listing of my house was a lengthy process because I had to wait for my divorce to finalize, but Zara was beyond patient and understanding. Once we could finally move forward with the listing, we had multiple offers for over the asking price within a week of listing. They made everything so easy! Zara demonstrated extensive knowledge and the market. She knows the area well and what buyers are looking for. My house was an as-is sale due to my situation and I thought it would be difficult to sell at the asking price, but not only did I receive multiple offers, I received one for significantly more. On top of that, she was a delight to work with as she was very responsive to my questions, especially as the close of escrow approached. If you’re looking for an agent, you can’t go wrong with Zara.

Our deal was very complicated and Maria was able to find way for us to buy the house of our dreams. She communicates very well. She goes far and beyond any other agent I have dealt with. She provides excellent guidance during the negotiations.
