Michelle is an incredible person and exceptional agent. She helped me sell my parents home after they needed to move into an assisted living facility. She was incredible and so patient with my elderly parents. One example of Michelle’s dedication to her clients is when she showed up at our house on her way to a Halloween Party and helped me paint the house in high-heels. Who else would have done this? -No one! Knowing how badly we needed to sell my paren’t home, she did Open Houses every weekend for six months (the market hit a dip before/after the election). During the Open Houses, she would help me by tiding up the house, vacuuming, etc. She is amazing! She actually ended up selling our home from one of her Open Houses. Michelle is also very responsive. She usually follows up on anything with you, other agents, etc. immediately with no delay. Through this difficult experience, the one positive is my wife and I not only found our go-to agents, but we made a life long friend. Michelle is very experienced, knows tons of people in the business and made the sale easy and painless once we found a buyer. You shouldn’t even think about if you should or shouldn’t hire her. Wendy was a highly recommended agent which made us trust her 100% + she works for Century 21 which to us means a lot. Our experience was stressful to be honest, but it had nothing to do with our agent whatsoever. It totally had to do with the current market situation. Wendy was wonderful at showing us homes the day they hit the market. She was in constant communication with the selling agents to get updates on the properties and offers. We ended up getting a beautiful property and she made it a smooth transaction. I felt very comfortable asking her even the simplest questions, since I had little to no knowledge of the process and she always explained and answered in a timely and respectful manner. We can’t wait to make beautiful memories in our new home and are forever grateful with Wendy and her team for helping us achieve this dream.
