Cheryl is INCREDIBLY smart, quick, hard working, perseverant, has an immense knowledge of the market and the entire buying process, and she FOUGHT to get my boyfriend and I the home of our dreams. Upon meeting her I told her exactly what I was looking for and she continuously provided me with option after option until we found THE ONE. She was never hard to get a hold of, she literally held my (sanitized 😆) hand throughout the process every step of the way and even though I’m sure I asked many dumb questions she never made me feel inexperienced or unknowledgeable, and she also negotiates like a pitbull (but only in the nicest of ways).
