Before I seven signed with Gil he offered to come out & help w/repairs I had to make. I didnt think he’d show but he did, right on time & he busted his butt! Seeing him work so hard to help me with repairs I knew he would be the best agent to handle the sale of my house so I signed with him. He sold my house within days of listing it! He didn’t stop there either. He came & helped me pack my whole house, 3 or 4 days, helped me with cleaning, vacuuming, heavy lifting, loading the moving trucks, whatever I needed right to the end. Gil is honest, hardworking and has a heart of gold! I would and WILL recommend him to anyone I know selling or looking to buy a home in California! He gets 10 stars in my book!!
