We were selling the house through a Trust and as complex as all of the intricacies were, his background in contracts were invaluable and made the sale a smooth one. It was Andrew’s idea to list the house at a price that would receive a lot of initial interest and qualified offers. This strategy was a huge success as the property sold for $70,000 over the comparable house that had sold two weeks prior just down the street!! I couldn’t recommend Andrew more. He is a very nice, ethical, Christian man who we will stay in contact with long after this house sold!!
