Marite was a Godsend!!!! As we casually kept a eye on the housing listings, we randomly went to an open house and fell in love with the house. We checked yelp and Marite and team just jump out us. We sent her a message and she called us within 30 mins. The first words out of our mouths were, "Help, we found a house!! and they need offers by Tuesday!!!" (Mind you it was Saturday night)... She went all in and began making calls/text to the listing agent. Our offer was accepted as Marite's reputation of being a great realtor led the way!!! She was with us every step of the way with constant updates and next steps. After all was closed with the purchase and seeing how great she was during that experience, we decided to have her list the home we now need to sell. Again, absolutely above and beyond we what we could have hoped for. Great advising during the whole process and got us WELL over listing price. The way everything happened and worked out just makes it seem like Marite was meant to be in our path and part of our next journey. We will definitely recommend her to everyone and will call her and her team in a heartbeat when/if needed. She made us a life-long customers but more importantly friends!!! After looking at homes for a few months we had given up with a prior real estate agent. Their was an open house and Lynn was showing and since the start of that day to when we got into our home was under 3 weeks. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate industry. All the questions we had around the process of purchasing a home were answered. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to make an exception with Milanka because not only did she meet expectations she far exceeded them. She was kind , respectful and was on top of everything and kept me in the loop daily. She was also amazing with my kids my youngest would tell people about her realtor friend Milanka and would run out to greet her anytime she had to come to the house. I will 💯 percent recommend her to everyone that will listen. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my family during this time .
