Alicia was very professional, as a first time home buyer i was nervous at first and she brought me peace of mind. She was always willing to work with my schedule and connecting me with the right team to help have a successful transaction. During negotiations she was very helpful in getting me what was best for me. I reached out to her months in advance and she was able to tell me when the right time was to buy and thankfully it was around the same time I found the home I wanted. I expressed the importance of what neighborhood my home was in and she was dedicated to finding me something that worked for me. I always felt comfortable in asking questions and she would text back within a reasonable time. I felt I was taking my time to find the place I wanted and Alicia was patient.
