Rodney and Nellie Gonzalez are a wonderful husband and wife realty team! I found Rodney and Nellie when I was online looking at a list of realtors in the area of the home that I had wanted to sell. I saw their picture and I thought that they looked like a very nice couple. I liked the idea of having a two person team to help sell my home. Rodney is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. Rodney has excellent communication skills and is very professional! He always answered my calls or returned my calls in a timely manner. Rodney displayed the qualities that I wanted in a realtor that would be selling my home, he speaks very eloquently, he has integrity, honesty, he is helpful, has open communication, excellent communication skills, knowledgeable, understands and explains the complexity of transactions (my home sale was very complex with multiple owners selling the home), explains in detail the transaction so I understood what I was signing. Nellie played a very important supporting role in the sale of my home. She was always there to answer questions and make the paperwork go smoothly. I would highly recommend Rodney and Nellie Gonzalez of Park Regency Realty. They are a really hard working, kind, considerate, conscientious husband and wife realty team.
