This Woodland Hills property was donated to UCLA with the proceeds to fund medical research. Bill Rose did an extraordinary job working with all the contractors repairing what was left behind by problem and expelled tenants With all the constrictions of selling to an eminent university, Bill came through and delivered an excellent price for the property He has sold other properties for me and the results were always exemplary. How can I say more?
