I worked with Tim for about a year as his client, and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of real estate. As a real estate novice, I relied heavily on Tim for all types of information regarding home purchasing. His 30 years of experience shows- he answers emails/texts promptly, he's well versed with documentation, he negotiates well with other agents, and most importantly, he has great soft skills. He is very patient and thoughtful of his clients. Highly recommend!

We are so grateful to Brad for his efforts to get us in the door of our beautiful new home!! Helping someone find a new home at the stage in their life when they’re preparing to settle down and build a family is a tough position. Brad was not only patient and understanding with our questions, concerns, and ideas, but was able to anticipate our needs and make suggestions that truly made sense for us. He adjusted his approach to meet both mine and my partner’s mindset, and was able to facilitate compromises and agreements when necessary. He truly understands people, and is able to really connect with his clients in order to make timely and well thought-out decisions throughout the process. Brad is always one step ahead, and was great at anticipating our needs. He is always keeping an eye out for new listings, always punctual with his outreach and requests, and was very persistent when we needed him to be. We were confident that he would exhaust all available options for getting the job done. Trust is huge throughout this journey, and we put our full confidence in Brad from the beginning. Brad is a pleasure to work with, and the ideal partner to have by your side as you work through the exciting and (often) challenging process of finding a new home!

Positive attitude and flexible meet times.
