Me and my wife wanted to buy a house in the same neighborhood we were renting. During a walk we came across a new listed home. We called Erick and ask him the possibility of us getting that home, and the steps needed to make it happen. He run our numbers and requested a tour of the house. Then he told us of things we needed to do, placed an offer, then counter then counter again. A week later he called us and congratulated us on getting our offer accepted. He got us our dream home 4 houses down of where we were renting. Erick Ciprian has been my go to Realtor since 2015.

Buying my new home with Aaron has been a great experience! He was more concerned about me getting into a home that I love, versus how he’s going to profit from purchase. He’s knowledgeable about the market and has a great team behind him to support him with any situations that he needs help with. The one thing that I truly appreciated about him is that not only did he know what he was doing, he also cared that I understood the process and was comfortable each step of the way. He wasn’t pushy at all (thank you Aaron) but also brought a good balance of making sure I was aware of the importance of being timely with my decisions as well since the market right now is HOTT. Couldn’t have had a better experience! If I had the money I’d buy another house with Aaron today!
