As first time home buyers, it felt overwhelming at first to go through the buying process but it truly was such a great experience having Jim in our corner. When we went to put our offer in Jim gave us great advice about pricing and had comps ready to show us. It made us feel confident in our offer and our offer was accepted below listing price. Jim is very genuine and will go to bat for you, no matter how big or small the issue. Every little thing we wanted changed or added to the house before closing, Jim made it happen without question. Whether it was getting us a new stove installed, having a minor water issue fixed or even going as far to find out what brand the staging furniture was that we liked. Not to mention, once we closed Jim was there to hand us the keys with a very thoughtful house warming gift.
