I did not come with a big down payment, and zero knowledge of real estate. She answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. She was so generous with her time and her expertise. I never ever felt like she was in a rush or had any other competing priorities. She spent so much time talking me through the process, the strategy, pros and cons of different options.
