Lanard is super knowledgeable and really did a fantastic job selling our house for us! We had been in contact with him the year before for area comps and market values we needed. He knew our future plans and would check in with us every now and again. When we were ready to go, he was on top of it and sold our house within a day for exactly what we wanted. He made the process extremely easy, answered any questions we had and was very prompt to take care of anything we needed. A wonderful agent to say the least!

The process of buying our first home was a wonderful experience with Darlene. At first we were trying to apply for the California Dream for All program so time was of the essence. Darlene was able to make time for us on a very short notice to look at houses, even on a holiday weekend. Using her advice and experience, our first offer on a house was accepted and we closed in 3 weeks. Darlene is amazing at handling all the communication between the seller's agent, loan officers, etc. and answering any questions we had at a moment's notice. We still felt very involved in the process and never felt like we didn't know what was going on. We also received a very lovely and thoughtful housewarming gift from Darlene, it is perfect for our new home and we are so appreciative of everything she did for us throughout this process. I would not hesitate to work with Darlene again in the future.
