Venus was a first-time home buyer's best friend! Truly. I had done some research, but she was beyond knowledgeable and looked for things and asked about things that I would never even think of. I saw over 20 places and she was right there with me the whole time. Also, she was 100% looking out for my best interest and would always want me to consider possible resale value--she was looking out for me and my future! Additionally, her familiarity of the area (West Hollywood/Studio City/North Hollywood) was perfect if you are considering a move like I did from the Westside to Studio City. My time was super crunched due to hectic work travel, but Venus was there for everything and answered calls, texts, emails immediately. Venus was truly a pleasure to work with. She would meet with me and explained every piece of paperwork and document (countless documents). She was amazing at working with the Seller's team of agents to get everything she could for me. And she was great at working with my bank as well following up with emails on my behalf, etc. I would highly recommend Venus to anyone that's looking! I am glad I was put in contact with her and have enjoyed our time and thankful she was there to help me with such a milestone!
