Pete Stefanelli and I go back to 1967 when my family moved into the house that was sold as his family lived three houses up the street. I left in the 1980's to go school and then later established my career outside of the south bay and I didn't see Pete much except for the updates on local real estate literature he sent my parents over the years. With the house presentable, he put the house up for sale and the house was under contract the first day! The buyer had a very aggressive schedule and I was able to close in two weeks! I had been dreading the process but Pete made it incredibly easy for me! If you need to sell a property, I would highly recommend giving Pete a call!
