Anthony walked me through the process of selling my condo and presented an estimated timeline of all the activities that needed to take place. He provided market analysis, trends, and recent sales in the general area. Anthony was very proactive and responsive. When preparing the condo for sale, I decided to have new paint and new carpet. Anthony suggested vendors for painting, carpets, minor repairs, and cleaning. He managed their work without any schedule conflicts and he kept me up to date of their progress until completion. He had the repairs done the next day and we deferred the upgrades to the buyer. Thus saving me time and money.
