When it came to home repairs and updates, she was instrumental at orchestrating the various contractors to get the work done quickly and properly - this at a time when good contractors are generally backlogged by months! She was also very helpful in keeping an eye on the house while repairs were being performed and I could not be there, and she was always available on the phone when I had urgent questions. Four days after listing, my house had six offers - three above the asking price - and I was able to sell my home at substantially above my asking price (it set the market for my area).
