Laida was great through the entire process of selling my mother’s house due to her unfortunate passing. She was kind and understanding every step of the way and walked me through the entire process. She helped us stage the house and even added a few of her own props. We listed the house for sell and on the first weekend had several offers on opening weekend. The house sold for over 130k asking price. Through her diligence and background inquiries, she was able to assess the best option. She took care of giving detailed information to prospective buyers to eliminate any back and forth. The whole process took less than a month. Sarah is a great realtor to work with. My husband and I had minimal experience with purchasing a home and she took the time to explain the process. We talked to about 3 realtors (including Sarah) before making a decision on who will help us with our journey of buying a home. We choose Sarah because she explained step by step on how we will get started and how to best navigate the search for a home during this pandemic times. Communication was not an issue. She was available thru text, calls and emails. She was very flexible with our schedule to view homes and she was very patient with us (trust me we looked at several houses). One of the the highlights was the escrow process. Sarah explained everything and really showed that she was looking out for us during the escrow process.
