They understood that it was a 'want' and not a 'need' to relocate out of state, so there was no 'rush' to take the first offer that came our way. They had a very detailed written strategy and were quick to make changes based on the activity from the market.

I really enjoyed the whole process with Monic. I am really excited and satisfied with my new house, she help me go through all the paper work, and the process was very smooth and easy.
