He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and understanding from the time of our initial conversation all the way through the closing of escrow. Luther was also very proactive from the beginning by obtaining city permit records pertaining to the house that were important in determining an appropriate sales price. His sales presentation book was very thorough and professionally done and completed in a very timely manner. He was also very helpful in providing contacts for handyman and other services which was a big timesaver for me. His assistant Jonathan was also very professional and helpful in moving the process through.

The process of buying our first home was a wonderful experience with Darlene. At first we were trying to apply for the California Dream for All program so time was of the essence. Darlene was able to make time for us on a very short notice to look at houses, even on a holiday weekend. Using her advice and experience, our first offer on a house was accepted and we closed in 3 weeks. Darlene is amazing at handling all the communication between the seller's agent, loan officers, etc. and answering any questions we had at a moment's notice. We still felt very involved in the process and never felt like we didn't know what was going on.
