Ms. Godet was very professional and personable. She kept my family updated on the sales process, and was available to answer all my questions/concerns. She also advocated for the best sales price as this was a probate sale.

Alex was my realtor to sell my Mom's home after she passed away(that was in a family trust). He knows his stuff and was very patient with me as this was all new to me while I was grieving the loss of my mom. Any time I might have had any issues or questions he always tried to make it right and answer in full. His negotiating skills at the end were awesome and we ended up giving the buyer much less of a credit then we thought we would have to.
