Brad gave us the benefit of his extensive real estate experience in the cities we were interested (Brea, Placentia, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills) and was not shy about giving his unvarnished opinion on the properties we saw. He was available at short notice to check out the 15+ properties we ended up seeing. What is more, it was nice to get a refund of 1% of the purchase price from Brad after the deal closed. Great guy and a top real estate agent! I would use his services again and recommend him to friends and family.
