Pedro is the epitome of what we all want in a realtor. It had been many years since I experienced a home purchase and the first time for my wife, so naturally many things had changed since my last home purchase and we had a lot of questions. Pedro made every step of this process so easy it was actually enjoyable. From helping us scope and scale our search, to viewing properties, to securing a lender, he was attentive, understanding, and most importantly patient. We know Pedro has many clients however he always made it seem like we were the only client he had. Living in Japan and working with Pedro in Hawaii should have been challenging, but Pedro saw to it that the time difference and distance were as negligible as if we were in Hawaii with him.
