Understanding the limited service agency concept is important for the owner hiring his team as we, the owners, have chosen to take on a lot of responsibilities to save money. Thankfully if you find yourself overwhelmed or lacking time to fulfill the time sensitive responses to buyers or escrow, he offers a very competitive flat service package to take over the tasks and advise you they the offer to closing process. I chose to handle myself, but if a work project had popped up when it got busy with offers and negotiations, I was prepared to hire him to wrap up the sale so I could go work where I would make far more than I was saving do things myself. All work by Bill was completely correctly and on time.

Laurie did an outstanding job. She pro-actively communicated the process to us and was very attentive to details. This helped not only us, as sellers, but established expectations for both prospective and the final buyer (as well as the agents representing them). She gave us feedback about what our house needed before going on the market, and she was right. Laurie has a great sense of style and was very hands-on during the staging process.
