We haven't bought a new home since 2007 so she was also tremendously helpful and patient and responsive in explaining every step to us. She was very courteous while remaining firm in her negotiations with the listing agent, and helped us get set up with all the right inspections so that we got a great repair cost reduction. I can't recommend working with her enough, and will definitely refer her to anyone that asks me for a recommendation.
