This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

We had a number of challenges in getting our house ready to sell—a shower door to replace, furniture to get rid of, finding a stager. Shereen was always available and friendly. She was unfailingly positive about our house, yet realistic about what we could expect to get for it.
